Warranty Information

At Tap & House, we are committed to providing high-quality tapware, handles, and bathroom fittings that combine functionality with stylish design. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and offer the following warranty for your peace of mind.

Standard Warranty Coverage

All Tap & House products are covered by a 2-Year Standard Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material faults

  • Workmanship issues

If a defect covered by this warranty is found during the warranty period, Tap & House will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear due to normal use

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage

  • Corrosion or deterioration due to harsh cleaning products or environmental factors

  • Modifications or alterations made to the product

  • Faults or damage caused by incorrect installation

Installation Requirement

To ensure the validity of your warranty, all Tap & House plumbing products must be installed by a qualified and licensed plumber. Failure to do so will void your warranty.

We recommend keeping proof of installation (e.g., invoice or certification) in case a warranty claim is required.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this warranty, please contact our customer support team with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

  • Details of the fault

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • Proof of installation by a licensed plumber

You can reach us via email at support@tapandhouse.com or through our website at www.tapandhouse.com.au
