Shipping & Delivery Policies
Yes, we do ship worldwide! Local import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, and are not covered in the purchase price or shipping fees.
Please Note: All orders placed to Oman, Qatar, UAE and Saudi Arabia need to include a PO Box as a part of their address. This is a requirement for the local postal service.
All orders require a signature on delivery, so if there is no-one available to sign for the package it will need to be collected from your local post office.
StarTrack Overnight Express & TNT Overnight Express: Please note that whilst we offer next-business-day delivery with StarTrack Premium and TNT Overnight Express, some delays may occur after collection and are not the responsibility of Tap & House. This service is only accessible for orders up to 5kg, so may not be offered on every order. Typical delivery timeframes are 1-2 business days.
StarTrack Road Delivery: Please note that whilst we offer next-business-day delivery with StarTrack Premium, StarTrack Road Delivery is a different service and is not subject to an express delivery. Typical delivery timeframes are 4-8 business days.
How do I track my order?
